For folks who want a digital dice option on Android (and are perhaps fed up like I am with the DNDBeyond app crashing when you roll) I made an app for ya.
It’s still in testing, and I need a group of people to try it out before they let me put it in the public app store. If you’d like to try it out, and help me by getting the test version, here’s how:
-
Go to https://groups.google.com/g/justroll-testers/ and click “Join Group” at the top
Click Join Group
Click Join Group again
You have successfully joined the group The rest of the instructions are also provided on the group’s “About” page.
-
Go to https://play.google.com/apps/testing/ca.hashbang.justroll to opt into the testing version of the app
Click Become a tester
Click Download it on Google Play -
Install the app from https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ca.hashbang.justroll
Click Install on the App’s Play Store page
Once you’ve got the app installed, try the tour, or read the user guide. Try out some rolls, and let me know what you think.
Please remain a tester – stay in the group, and keep the app installed – for a month, to ensure the Play Store counts you as a tester.
